Longest Day

The Rock of Cashel in County Tipperary played host to this truely unique event on the summer solstice. The Red Bull Longest Day Hurling Tournament saw 5-a-side teams battle it out from dawn till dusk underneath the iconic castle. Red Bull athlete Joe Canning was there on the day to oversee the event and to crown local club Cashel King Cormacs the Longest Day Champions.

One Ireland’s most unique hurling tournaments we were very happy to be a part of this exciting project.
